1. Submission Method

• Instructions on abstracts and papers submission are stated here. An abstract/paper shall be submitted to ictpa2018@yahoo.com in the MS WORD file format. An abstract shall not exceed 400 words, and the corresponding author with the email address should be specified. The length of a full paper shall not exceed 5,000 words (excluding tables and figures). Please strictly follow the submission template (English version) here, or Chinese version here to prepare your paper.

• Authors shall indicate that abstracts/papers are submitted for (1) presentation only, or (2) presentation and publication. Papers can be written in either English or Chinese. However, a paper submitted for the publication in JTTE must be written in English.

 

2. Special Publication

• Authors have the option to specify whether their manuscripts are for peer-reviewed or non-peer-reviewed track. All accepted conference papers, including the non-peer-reviewed papers, will be published in the regular ICTPA conference proceedings in website.

• The peer-reviewed papers should be written in English. All accepted papers will be published in an online proceedings. Selected high quality English papers will be published in the Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering (English Edition, ELSEVIER publishing) or Journal of Southeast University (English Edition, EI index).

• Selected high quality Chinese papers will be published in the Journal of Chang‘an University (Natural Science Edition, 长安大学学报), Journal of Southeast University (Natural Science Edition , EI index，东南大学学报), or Journal of South China University of Technology (Natural Science Edition, EI index，华南理工大学学报).

​

• Appropriate Copyright Transfer Agreement and duly signed by authorized author, will possibly be needed at the final paper submission stage for accepted JTTE papers. The corresponding authors will be contacted by the Journal and the publisher directly then.

5. Instruction of Full Paper Submission

• Use the following link to submit your full paper：https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/User/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FICTPA2018 

• Confirm your username from your mailbox. Please check your jump box if it is not in your inbox.

• Click the button “+Create new submission” once logged in. Then you can start to submit your full paper.   

• Please set the title of your full paper as: paper ID - paper title. For example: ICTPA31-147_My Excellent Paper.  

• Please select your subject area, which is the same as the name of the committee assigned to your paper within the acceptance letter of your abstract.

• If you have attachment(s) to submit, please also use the same format as your full paper, in the form of paper ID - appendix, for example: ICTPA31-147_My necessary appendix.

• The size of your attachment should be smaller than 10M and in the format of doc/docx/pdf

6. ​Instruction of Non-paper Track Abstract Submission

• Use the following link to submit your non-paper track abstract: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/User/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FICTPA2018 

• If you do not have an account, please register using your email as an "Author"

• Enter the system using your username and password, click "Create New Submission", using the drop down menu to choose "Non-Paper". Then you can start to submit your abstract and other documents.   

• Please set the title of your abstract as: paper ID - paper title. For example: ICTPA31-147_My Excellent Paper. If this is your first time submission, please ignore the paper ID in your file name.  

• Please input your abstract in the field Abstract.

• Please fill in authors' information, click "+Add" to add more authors.

• Please select your subject area. 

• If you have attachment(s) to submit, please click "Upload from Computer" to upload any attachments. Please use your abstract title as the title of all uploaded files. For example, "A Practice of Activity Based Model in San Francisco.ppt."​

• The size of your attachment should be smaller than 30M and in the format of doc/docx/pdf/ppt/pptx
